Criteria for applying for a work permit in Thailand are as follows
  1. The company must have a fully paid-up registered capital of 2 million baht per foreigner hired. In the case of a foreigner with a Thai spouse who is legally married, the fully paid-up registered capital is reduced by half to 1 million baht.
  2. Companies operating businesses must submit financial statements as of the end of the previous accounting period and must be certified by a licensed auditor or tax auditor to show that the company's business is stable, reliable, and has actually been operating. This is based on the company's status assessment guidelines, and the results of the business have actually been operating and are continuous. Pay taxes correctly and completely.
  3. The company that is doing business must hire foreigners to work for the company.
  4. The ratio of hiring foreigners is 1 person. The company must hire 4 Thai employees.
  5. The qualifications of foreigners who apply for a work permit in Thailand must meet the following criteria.
    1. Must have knowledge and ability to work as requested.
    2. Must not be a mentally ill person or mentally unstable. Must not be sick with leprosy, tuberculosis in the final stages, elephantiasis in the symptomatic stage, which is detested by society, or a serious drug addiction. Chronic alcoholism and 3rd stage syphilis
    3. Must not have been sentenced to imprisonment for an offense under the Immigration Act or the Alien Employment Act within 1 year prior to the date of application for the permit
